Some clients feel some benefit from a single session, the most common feeling can be a burst of energy after the cryotherapy session that can last several hours. Since each person is different, we recommend 10 treatments over 2-3 weeks for your body to react to the treatments. You may feel a reduction joint and muscle pain, improved energy levels and increased flexibility. Please see our membership packages to select a maintenance program. We suggest athletes have 4-6 sessions per week to achieve peak performance.
